Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QuestKey at questkey.io (the "Platform"), operated by QuestKey ("we", "us"). By connecting a wallet or using the Platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You may not use the Platform if doing so is illegal where you live, or if you are subject to sanctions.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations on anything you receive.

2. The Platform

QuestKey lets you complete quests (social and on-chain tasks) to earn XP. Finishing a quest can earn a box containing a random amount of $QKEY. XP can be converted to $QKEY on the Platform, and $QKEY can be withdrawn to your wallet on Robinhood Chain. Features, quests and rewards may change, be paused or end at any time.

3. Your account

  • Your account is your wallet. You sign in by signing a message; this never costs gas or moves funds.
  • Linking an X account is required to join quests. One X account can be linked to only one wallet.
  • One person, one account. Using multiple wallets or X accounts, bots, scripts or fake accounts to earn more rewards is prohibited.
  • You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys and seed phrase. We can never recover them for you.

4. XP

  • XP is a points system inside the Platform. It has no monetary value, is not your property, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged outside the Platform.
  • XP from community quests and tasks that require proof is credited only after our review, and may be rejected.
  • We set the XP-to-$QKEY conversion rate and minimums and may change them for future conversions, or pause conversion.
  • We may correct or remove XP that was credited by mistake or obtained in breach of these terms.

5. Boxes

  • Quest boxes are free: they are earned by completing quests, not purchased.
  • The contents are random. Possible amounts and probabilities are set by us, may differ between boxes and may change over time.
  • Results are final, except where caused by an error or abuse, in which case we may correct them.
  • Any future paid boxes or raffles will come with their own terms.

6. $QKEY and withdrawals

  • $QKEY is a utility token used on the Platform. Nothing on the Platform is investment, financial or legal advice, and we make no promise about $QKEY's price, value, liquidity or listing.
  • Crypto assets are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. Only take part if you accept that risk.
  • Withdrawals are subject to per-user and global daily limits and may be paused for security or maintenance. Amounts above the limit can be withdrawn in a later period.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You pay any network (gas) fees. Check that you are using the official contract addresses published on QuestKey channels.
  • QuestKey is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Robinhood.

7. Partner quests and third parties

Some quests are created by or for partner projects and link to their websites, apps or games. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their tokens or their terms. Interact with them at your own risk.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • create or control multiple accounts, or use bots, automation or fake engagement;
  • submit false proof for tasks;
  • exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, or attempt to access data or funds that are not yours;
  • interfere with the Platform, its infrastructure or its smart contracts;
  • use the Platform for fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity.

If you find a bug, report it with the "Report a bug" button instead of using it. We may suspend accounts, reject or reverse XP, boxes and balances, and refuse withdrawals connected to a breach of these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Platform and its smart contracts are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Software, blockchains and wallets can fail, contain bugs or be attacked. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by blockchain networks, third-party services, your wallet, or market price changes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if required by law. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of QuestKey is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
